What it does, concretely
Managing notes in Obsidian often means juggling several tools to search, transcribe, summarise, or edit files. SystemSculpt AI brings these functions together in a single plugin, with no API key or separate AI model to configure.
In practice, the plugin adds a chat workspace where you can query your notes, paste images or documents, and let an agent act inside your vault (create, read, edit, move, or delete files). Ask Approval mode presents each proposed action for your review before it runs; Full Access mode chains them without interruption. Semantic search finds notes even when you cannot recall the exact words. The Audio Processor turns recordings or YouTube videos into timestamped transcripts and structured notes.
SystemSculpt is aimed at Obsidian users who handle large volumes of notes, audio recordings, or documents, and who want an assistant capable of acting inside their vault without leaving the application. A monthly or lifetime licence is required to unlock all features.
The plugin is less suited to people who are new to Obsidian, who prefer full control over the AI model in use, or who want a fully local solution with no data sent to an external server.
