nAIvigate respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect (very little), why, and how to exercise your rights.

- We use no advertising tracking cookies (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel).
- We collect no personal data without your explicit action (contact form, newsletter).
- We never sell your data to third parties.
- You have all GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection.

2. Data we collect
Our approach is privacy-by-design: we collect only what is strictly necessary.
2.1 Browsing the site
Simply browsing the site does not collect any personal data. No cookies, no trackers, no third-party analytics. Our server only keeps standard technical logs (IP, page visited, browser, timestamp) for 30 days max.
2.2 If you email us
If you email us, we collect: your email, message content, and any voluntarily provided info. Used only to respond.
3. Why we collect data
- Server logs: security, abuse detection, anonymous statistics
- Contact email: respond to your questions
- Newsletter (when launched): send weekly newsletter
4. Data retention
- Server logs: 30 days max
- Contact emails: 3 years after last exchange
- Newsletter: as long as subscribed; 3 years after unsubscribe (consent proof)
5. Who receives your data?
We never sell, rent, or share your data for commercial purposes.
- DIGIMOOVE team only (reading emails)
- Our host IONOS SE (server data storage, GDPR-compliant)
- Legal authorities (only on valid judicial request)
6. Transfers outside the EU
All data is stored in Germany (IONOS servers), within the European Union. No transfer outside the EU.
