The tool works for online meetings (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) as well as in-person meetings or imported audio files. Everything flows into a single workspace where transcription and analysis are available immediately after the session.

How to install Notta

1. Go to notta.ai and click "Start for Free" to create an account. 2. Choose your sign-in method (email or Google account). 3. For online meetings, connect Notta to Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet via the integrations available in the settings. 4. To use Notta from your browser, install the Chrome extension available on the Chrome Web Store. 5. For mobile use, download the Notta app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). 6. Review your account privacy settings: Notta is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant, but inform your meeting participants that the session is being recorded.
