What it does, concretely
Working with AI often means juggling multiple tabs: copying text from ChatGPT, pasting it into a spreadsheet, reformatting, and starting over. SheetAI removes that friction by embedding AI functions directly inside Google Sheets, right where the data already lives.
In practice, you write a formula such as =SHEETAI("Write a tagline for this brand") in a cell, then drag it down to process hundreds of rows at once. The tool handles text generation, classification, and data extraction, as well as image, short video, and music creation through Replicate models, all from the same spreadsheet.
SheetAI is aimed at marketing teams producing product descriptions or visuals at scale, analysts classifying or cleaning data, recruiters drafting job descriptions, and researchers summarising sources. It suits anyone whose daily work already runs through Google Sheets.
On the other hand, if you do not use Google Sheets or need a dedicated visual creation tool with advanced editing options, SheetAI will not meet those needs. Media generation is driven by formulas, with no preview interface or fine-grained control over the output.
