Security reflects where data goes, requested permissions and incidents on record at the verification date. It is not a guarantee of zero risk: check the deployment mode and the connections you enable.

What it does, concretely

Creating diagrams and infographics takes time and often requires design skills that not everyone has. Napkin solves this problem by automatically generating visuals from text you have already written, with no need to craft complex prompts.

The process is straightforward: paste or import your text, click the Autospark icon, and Napkin suggests several visuals suited to your content. You pick the one that best fits your message, then freely edit colors, fonts, icons, and layout. Visuals can then be exported as PNG, PDF, PPT, or SVG for use in any other tool.

Napkin is aimed at people who regularly communicate complex ideas: project managers, teachers, consultants, blog writers, and marketing professionals. The tool supports more than 60 languages and offers an interface available in French.

However, visual generation is not yet available on mobile: a computer is required to create diagrams. Users who need a high volume of visuals or advanced features such as SVG export, custom branding, or more AI credits will need to upgrade to a paid plan.

What it offers

  • ·Automatic generation of visuals (infographics, diagrams, flowcharts, mind maps, data charts) from pasted or imported text.
  • ·Creation of complete, ready-to-present decks from your ideas, with a collaboration phase before generation.
  • ·Free editing of every visual element: colors, fonts, icons, layout, and shapes.
  • ·Import of PPT, DOC, PDF, HTML, and MD files to feed visual generation.
  • ·PNG and PDF export included in the free plan; PPT and SVG export available on paid plans (paid).
  • ·Custom branding to align visuals with a brand identity (paid).
  • ·Real-time collaboration in a shared team space, with comments and annotations.
  • ·API access to automate visual generation directly within a workflow (paid).
