Miro AI
Plugin : A set of capabilities installed into an AI application or a host · requires miro
Summaries, clustering and diagram generation inside the Miro whiteboard.
Useful if your team is already on Miro, not a reason to switch to it.
Security reflects where data goes, requested permissions and incidents on record at the verification date. It is not a guarantee of zero risk: check the deployment mode and the connections you enable.
What it does, concretely
Teams waste time re-explaining their context at the start of every working session. Miro AI uses the content already on the whiteboard as a starting point, avoiding the need to start from scratch each time.
In practice, the tool analyses the canvas content (sticky notes, diagrams, brainstorming notes, retrospective outputs) and can generate summaries, cluster ideas, produce diagrams, timelines, kanbans or clickable prototypes. Agents called Sidekicks work directly on the board and can connect to external tools such as Slack or Jira to enrich the context.
Miro AI is aimed at product, design, strategy or technical teams that already use Miro as their central collaboration space. Supported use cases include strategic planning, research synthesis, competitor analysis, campaign creation and technical architecture documentation.
For someone who does not use Miro on a daily basis, the AI features alone do not justify adopting the platform. The tool remains deeply tied to the Miro ecosystem and is not designed to work independently.
