Magician is a Figma plugin that lets you generate content directly inside the design interface, without leaving the tool. It addresses the need to quickly populate mockups with realistic text, icons, or images instead of placeholder data.
The plugin works from the Figma plugin panel: after selecting an element, you type a plain-language instruction and Magician produces the corresponding content. Prompts are sent to an external service for processing.
Magician suits designers who want to explore AI inside Figma with no prior setup, particularly for faster prototyping or testing content variations.
It is less suited to teams working on sensitive projects, since prompts leave the Figma environment and are processed by a third-party service.
