Rewriting the same messages dozens of times a day is a source of fatigue and mistakes. Text Blaze lets you save any block of text as a keyboard shortcut, which you then type to instantly insert the desired content anywhere in your browser.

The process is straightforward: you create a snippet (a text template), assign it a shortcut such as /ty, and whenever you type that shortcut in Gmail, Google Docs, LinkedIn, Salesforce, or any other site open in Chrome, the full text is inserted automatically. Templates can include fillable fields, dynamic formulas, and click automation.

Text Blaze is aimed at anyone who regularly repeats the same written responses: customer support agents, salespeople, healthcare workers, teachers, and assistants. Teams can share common snippet folders that update in real time for all members.

That said, the tool remains focused on Chrome and its associated applications. Those who work primarily in native desktop software outside the browser, or on systems other than Windows and macOS, will find its scope limited.

Test Text Blaze on the sites where you spend the most time; if a site does not work, the team states it fixes incompatibilities when reported.

How to install Text Blaze
