Security reflects where data goes, requested permissions and incidents on record at the verification date. It is not a guarantee of zero risk: check the deployment mode and the connections you enable.

What it does, concretely

Most organisations already run a dozen AI systems without knowing which fall under EU Regulation 2024/1689. This skill takes your use cases described in four points (what the system does, on whom, who built it, where it sits in the decision) and produces a register: AI system under the regulation or not, the organisation's role (deployer, provider, importer, distributor), risk level with legal basis, main obligations and deadline.

It ships a classification grid: Article 5 prohibited practices, Annex III high-risk areas and their exception, Article 50 transparency, general-purpose models, deployer obligations, application calendar. It flags when internal fine-tuning may turn the organisation into a provider.

This is not legal advice: every uncertainty goes into the 'to confirm with counsel' column rather than being decided. The register ends with three actions for the quarter.

What it offers

  • ·Preliminary test: is the case an AI system under Article 3?
  • ·Organisation's role per case, with an alert when fine-tuning turns it into a provider.
  • ·Risk level with legal basis: prohibited, high-risk (Annex I or III), transparency, minimal.
  • ·Obligations listed with the article, dated deadline, 'to confirm with counsel' column.
  • ·Built-in risk grid and calendar, to be re-checked by web search before dating.
